Nichols is a licensed plumbing, electrical and HVAC contractor serving the Verde Valley and the Prescott area, holding Arizona ROC licenses 317870, 342715 and 346191. Our main office is at 4140 Western Dr, Cottonwood, AZ 86326.

Requests, estimates and scheduling

Forms on this website are requests for service, not bookings. An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you by phone, text or email. For emergencies, call us at (928) 300-1221 instead of using a form.

Prices, price ranges and cost examples on this website, including in our blog posts, are general information. Your price depends on what we find on site and is set in your written estimate or invoice. The estimate, agreement or invoice for your job sets the terms of that work and takes priority over these Terms of Use.

Coupons and special offers

Each coupon or offer is subject to the terms shown with it, including any expiration date. Unless an offer says otherwise, mention or present the coupon when you book or at the time of service, and note that coupons cannot be combined with other offers or coupons and are not valid for new construction or remodeling projects. Maintenance plans

What each maintenance plan includes and costs is described on our Maintenance Plans page. When you enroll, your plan agreement sets the details of your plan.

Guarantees and warranties

Our satisfaction guarantee and any workmanship or manufacturer warranties apply as described in your estimate, invoice or plan agreement. Nothing on this website creates an additional warranty.

Financing

Financing may be available on new heating and air conditioning systems through third-party lenders. Financing is subject to the lender's approval and the lender's own terms.

Calls, texts and email

When you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may call, text or email you about your request and your service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
