Was having problems with a leaking water heater, called multiple company’s and was scheduled days out or sent to voice mail. Contacted Nichols and Estynn their plumbing technician arrived within the hour and had the water heater replaced within two hours! Outstanding customer service with a fair price. Highly recommend their services Nichols is the go to company .

The technician from Nichols was awesome. Here on time and fixed our coolant leak which we were told was going to cost us thousands and did it no charge except for the service call charge. Highly recommending. Will definitely call them next time we have any issues.

I’ve been using their company for the past 4 years and they’ve consistently delivered great service. They’re fast, reliable, and know me and my properties very well, which makes everything smoother. While there have been a few issues over the years, they’ve always handled them quickly and professionally. The staff is polite and skilled, and definitely worth the money. A few years ago, I had trouble reaching someone at the front desk, but that issue has since been resolved and communication is much better now. Overall, highly recommended.

I have had different people from Nichols Mechanical out to my house and they all have impressed me with their professionalism. They arrive on time and since most of what they do is for bi-yearly maintenance they do a thorough job of looking over the equipment and telling me if or why something needs replacing. They also take pictures of parts and explain if something can last longer before it becomes a problem. They do not find things wrong just to sell me a part and service.
