I called Nichols Plumbing, Electrical, & HVAC and had the technician, Dan Culver at my home within one hour!! He told me what he was doing, went over all the issues my unit was having and fixed them promptly. Dan Culver is professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Thank you!!!!!!

Justin arrived when scheduled, assessed the situation, and executed the project. One of the best indicators that the company you are dealing with has a great reputation is how you are treated if an issue arises. Does the company stand behind (guarantee) the work they do? I can say with no hesitation, that Justin Shepard and Nichols Mechanical plumbing does exactly that. Justin realized that the yard hydrant that was installed had an inferior coupling. He took his own initiative to find a higher quality yard hydrant and replaced it with a smile on his face. We recently experienced an AC failure and it didn't take long for our house to heat up. Called Nichols HVAC the next morning and they sent out a repair person that day! Melvina was awesome! Upon arrival the first thing she said was she was there to get our unit repaired and she went straight to work. She showed us the problem and exactly what it would take to repair the unit and while we watched she got it going for us. We are very happy with her professional attitude and workmanship. We had a 30-year-old 200-amp electrical panel that looked like a spaghetti bowl and was starting to have stray currents in our house. We called Nichols and from Logan, (the boss), to Mike and Max, the electricians, all did an excellent job organizing and installing a new panel with all new wires, breakers, etc. It was a very complicated process, and they solved problems and handled the whole project professionally; a good value for the money and now our house is safe from possible fire hazards! Michael our technician was polite and courteous. He called when in his way. When he arrived, he took me notes on our problem, he took notes on condition of our unit, and he was thorough in his troubleshooting efforts….figuring not it only the actual problem, but also the cause. He followed up with our warranty, and charged us accordingly…we would use him again for any of our heat pump issues.

I had an issue with a condenser fan on one of my ac units. Nichols sent Shaggy out to diagnose and later repair after parts were ordered. Shaggy went above and beyond making sure both of my ac units were running properly and even cleaned the condensers in both units before he left. Adam is also great to work with. He's very prompt with the followup calls to make sure everything is done to my satisfaction. Thank you Nichols mechanical team!
