Our walk in freezer stopped working. Our usual repair guy was out with an injury and he recommended NM to help us out. I called them and spoke with Sierra. What a wonderful person. From the friendly and knowledgeable person who took my calls, Sierra, to the diligent and thorough technician Mike who serviced my unit, I had a great experience with Nichols Mechanical so far. They came across as honest and highly professional. Mike pretty much put my entire massive old unit apart and found all kinds of weirdness including a fried centipede in the wiring, and burnt out wires that he fixed. Although it was just a routine check-up job, and Mike had to leave in a hurry because his boss was insistently calling him to be at a different job so he didn’t even have a chance to check if the unit was working after he put it back together, I could see that he gave it all he had. Most all other shops were closed. But what set this guy apart was their plumber really took pride in his work. Believe me, workers know workers, and this guy cared enough to do things right.
