Our walk in freezer stopped working. Our usual repair guy was out with an injury and he recommended NM to help us out. I called them and spoke with Sierra. What a wonderful person. Very pleasant and attentive. My service guy was Michael. He came out, went over the inside and rooftop part of the unit. He was able to diagnose the issue(s), got us an estimate asap. Most all other shops were closed. But what set this guy apart was their plumber really took pride in his work. Believe me, workers know workers, and this guy cared enough to do things right.
