The date of service this young man, Nicholas went over and beyond to help me. The young man since my frustration and my hands were tied, but he worked with me. He reassured me and his work was over and above. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any Heating any of this services.
Me being a senior citizen I am so big on Customer Service. People reiterating him back and communicating like they said. The word is all they have and. Though I was frustrated, they worked with me and it was great. I highly recommend this service.

Our walk in freezer stopped working. Our usual repair guy was out with an injury and he recommended NM to help us out. I called them and spoke with Sierra. What a wonderful person. Very pleasant and attentive. My service guy was Michael. He came out, went over the inside and rooftop part of the unit. He was able to diagnose the issue(s), got us an estimate asap. From the friendly and knowledgeable person who took my calls, Sierra, to the diligent and thorough technician Mike who serviced my unit, I had a great experience with Nichols Mechanical so far. They came across as honest and highly professional. Mike pretty much put my entire massive old unit apart and found all kinds of weirdness including a fried centipede in the wiring, and burnt out wires that he fixed. Although it was just a routine check-up job, and Mike had to leave in a hurry because his boss was insistently calling him to be at a different job so he didn’t even have a chance to check if the unit was working after he put it back together, I could see that he gave it all he had. I found out on my own that the unit is working better now and I am very pleased. I was looking for a new honest and reliable HVAC company and I believe I found it. Thank you, Nichols Mechanical!

I am retired now but worked construction my whole life — carpentry, electrical, masonry — all except plumbing. So when I sprang a leak, Nichols sent someone out first thing Saturday morning. Most all other shops were closed. But what set this guy apart was their plumber really took pride in his work. Believe me, workers know workers, and this guy cared enough to do things right. Those small details become huge. Someone who just goes thru the motions and “punches the clock” his repair may leak again in a couple years.
