If you’re looking for an electrician, stop your search—go with Nichols! Logan, the manager, was absolutely top-notch. He made the entire process smooth and straightforward, keeping everything organized and on track from start to finish.

But the real star was Mike. If you can, request Mike to be your electrician. Not only is he a skilled professional, but he’s also an incredible lighting designer. Mike went above and beyond my expectations, crafting a stunning lighting plan for my home that brought the whole space to life. He was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything met my vision. Every time I had a question or concern, he responded quickly and with care.

First of all i just want to thank you all for coming to our rescue. I cant thank Nichols mechanical enough for doing such an outstanding job fixing our AC. Note to newcomers, dont let any bad reviews deter you. Trust me we have gone through multiple AC companies and Nichols mechanical was the first to be able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved in a timely manner. They are truly a great company.

We had an issue with our heater that went out on a crazy snow day. Michael came out, despite the conditions, and was able to get everything back up and running! Really friendly guy who clearly knew his stuff. He was able to explain why he was making all the fixes he did, and wasn’t rushing with a “band aid” solution. We have a very old house with a lot constraints and peculiarities. These guys were great, new HVAC until installed and dialed in and it all got balanced properly. Not an easy task given the 150 year old age of the house. Took many attempts but they finally got it right … I am grateful for their persistence and professionalism. Called Nichols Mechanical to get a new AC put in our home. Best experience we’ve ever had with a home service business. They will be servicing all our electrical and plumbing needs in the future as well. Adam and Corey were so helpful and answered all our questions. Lorenzo and Rene had our old AC out and the new one in same day in no time at all. They even got us hooked up with a new smart thermostat and the house is cooler than ever!
