"We called Nichols for a second opinion on an HVAC issue. The first company said we had a coil leak. Samuel found the leak was a refrigerant line that just needed to be braised. This company saved us nearly $20,000!"

FAQ
Air Conditioning Installation questions
Still have a question?(928) 300-1221
If your system struggles to cool your home, runs constantly, makes unusual noises, or is over 12–15 years old, it may be time for air conditioning replacement.
Central AC cools using ductwork, while heat pumps both heat and cool efficiently year-round. A ductless mini-split installation provides zoned comfort without ducts.
The cost of air conditioning installation varies based on system type, home size, ductwork condition, and efficiency rating.
Most AC installation projects in Cottonwood can be completed in a single day, depending on system type and any needed ductwork adjustments.
Yes—every new AC system we install includes strong manufacturer warranties and our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
