A+!!! From the very beginning to the end this team was awesome! We had a new AC and Heating system installed in our home. They were the only company to suggest a dual system with a split level on one side and a duct system on the other side. I’m so grateful they said to do it this way!!! We quickly learned the living room wouldn’t have cooled off if it weren’t for the other system. We had multiple bids and all of them had 1 way they wanted to do it and they were terribly expensive too.

After my house filled with smoke and I called the fire department who came very promptly, I called Nichols Mechanical and they sent someone out the next day. Well, the service man they sent named Michael and he was a very thorough individual. I think mostly because he enjoyed his job and he loved figuring out puzzles. So he did a lot of work to my Cooler to get it back into shape and that did take a lot of work and I was amazed at how well that Cooler functions and almost as if it’s new. Michael took pictures of the cooler parts and explain the whole process to me and why it’s smoked. He did a fantastic job and he was extremely pleasant to talk to. He came back a few days later to do a decalcification and again Did a super incredible job. This is a very valuable person and employee.

My A/C went out after a power outage, that happened on a Friday evening…the thermostat and blower were working, but the air was coming out warm. I was pretty concerned for my pets as the summer temps had been around 100 degrees…I made some calls to other companies, but did not hear from anyone, as it was the weekend…a friend recommended Nichols Mechanical and I took a chance on calling on Sunday, hoping to leave a message and have someone call me back Monday A.M…I was pleasantly surprised when Michael actually answered the phone. I was able to get on their schedule for Monday afternoon and Kenny called me to let me know that he was on the way. He was knowledgeable and friendly and answered any questions that I had. He efficiently replaced the capacitor and, very quickly, my house was on it’s way to being cool again! In future, if I have any heating/cooling issues, Nichols Mechanical will be the first call I make!
