Terms & Conditions
This Maintenance Plan covers electrically operated units inside the equipment. Plumbing and electrical repairs outside units are not covered. Damage caused by negligence, misuse, freezing, flooding, acts of nature, gas or water supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control are not included.
If equipment is found unsafe or out of manufacturer specifications, it must be brought up to required standards at the customer’s expense before plan acceptance and prior to first service call.
Emergency service is available 7 days a week.
Nichols Mechanical reserves the right to refuse or replace defective materials or parts at our discretion. If a unit is deemed uneconomical to repair, replacement options will be quoted.
Maintenance Plans are non-refundable. Plans may be transferred to new owners with prior written consent and a $29 transfer fee.
Materials, labor, or equipment required by updated codes, regulations, or insurance requirements are additional.
