Our walk in freezer stopped working. Our usual repair guy was out with an injury and he recommended NM to help us out. I called them and spoke with Sierra. What a wonderful person. Very pleasant and attentive. My service guy was Michael. He came out, went over the inside and rooftop part of the unit. He was able to diagnose the issue(s), got us an estimate asap. Most all other shops were closed. But what set this guy apart was their plumber really took pride in his work. Believe me, workers know workers, and this guy cared enough to do things right. Those small details become huge. Someone who just goes thru the motions and “punches the clock” his repair may leak again in a couple years. A+!!! From the very beginning to the end this team was awesome! We had a new AC and Heating system installed in our home. They were the only company to suggest a dual system with a split level on one side and a duct system on the other side. I’m so grateful they said to do it this way!!! We quickly learned the living room wouldn’t have cooled off if it weren’t for the other system. We had multiple bids and all of them had 1 way they wanted to do it and they were terribly expensive too.
